Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to use of this website and order requests.

Effective date: October 31, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CaaMoo Store website and the product enquiry, custom-curtain, wholesale and order-request forms available on it. By using the website, you agree to these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

1. Website operator and business details

The website is presented under the CaaMoo Store name. The operator must publish its full legal business name, business mailing address, customer-service contact details and the province or territory in which it operates on the Contact page before accepting customer orders. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

2. Website content and product descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe product materials, colours, dimensions, features and intended use. Product photographs are illustrative. Colour and texture can appear different due to lighting, photography, fabric batches, display calibration and device settings. Measurements, installation requirements, lining, heading style and fabric specifications should be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

3. Enquiries, quotations and order acceptance

Submitting an enquiry, custom request, wholesale application or order request is not by itself acceptance of an order or a binding sales contract. It allows our team to review the request and respond. We will confirm availability, specifications, price, currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery estimates and payment instructions in a written quotation, invoice or order confirmation. An order is accepted only when we expressly confirm it in writing.

A “Request a Quote” price or description is informational and is not a final offer. A quotation is subject to its stated validity period, scope and conditions. Please obtain written confirmation of any detail not stated in the quote before making payment.

4. Prices, currency, taxes and payment

Where a price is displayed, the currency code is shown with the amount. The website operator may change the default display currency, but that setting does not automatically convert a product price or historical order using an exchange rate. The currency and amount payable are those confirmed in the final written order or invoice. Taxes, duties, brokerage, shipping and other charges will be identified before payment is due where applicable.

This website release does not accept online credit-card payments. Do not send card details, bank login credentials or passwords through the website or ordinary email. Any manual payment instructions will be supplied separately for a confirmed transaction. Payment is due only as stated in the written invoice or order confirmation.

5. Custom curtains and customer measurements

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for providing accurate window, track or rod measurements and relevant installation details. Before production, review and approve the written specification for product, fabric, colour, dimensions, quantity, heading style and other options. Changes after approval may affect price or timing and must be agreed in writing.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping regions, charges, delivery estimates, customs duties and taxes depend on destination, product type, order size and carrier. Website estimates are indicative until confirmed in writing. Any special delivery arrangement must be recorded in the order confirmation. Please see our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us before returning an item. Return eligibility, any applicable timeframe, condition requirements, shipping responsibility, refund method and treatment of custom-made goods will be stated in the written transaction terms and administered in accordance with mandatory consumer-protection law. We do not intend to exclude statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Website use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, scrape or misuse the website in a way that harms the service, or use forms to distribute spam or unlawful content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, records or system security.

9. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, design elements, photographs and original materials are owned by or used with permission by the operator or the relevant rights holder. You may view or print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, commercially exploit or modify protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Third-party websites and services

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of an external website is governed by its own terms and policies.

11. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the website available and information current but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury, statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy and electronic messages

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Any commercial electronic messages will be sent in accordance with applicable anti-spam requirements, including consent where required, sender identification and a functional unsubscribe mechanism.

13. Applicable law and updates

These terms are subject to the laws that apply to the operator and the transaction, including mandatory consumer-protection requirements in the customer's province or territory. Before launch, the operator must add the actual province or territory and obtain legal review. This template does not select a governing province on the operator's behalf. We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms, use the Contact Us page. The operator must ensure that page contains current legal business and customer-service contact information.
